Cook It Up!  How-To-Manual:  Planning, Implementing, & Evaluating a Community-based Cooking Program

Cook It Up!  was a community based cooking program for at-risk youth focusing on education and skill building.  The purpose of this how-to-manual is to share the lessons with like minded community agencies interested in enhancing food literacy.

Making the Business Case for Good Food Box Programs: A Planning Guide

The Future of the Good Food Box Project was a collaborative effort of the Food Security Work Group of the Ontario Public Health Association, FoodNet Ontario and the Ontario Healthy Communities Coalition, undertaken from October 2009 to March 2011, coordinated by Community Voices Consulting. Its purpose was to strengthen the network of Good Food Box (GFB) programs across the province by developing a sustainable GFB business model and activating a supportive GFB network. This planning guide was one of the products of this project.
