Seasonal and Local Food Canning Workshop

The Cauldron Food School presents weekly workshops that highlight what’s in season at the time, and how to preserve it for the winter ahead!

The classes will be taught by different chefs from throughout the city. Check our website to see what teacher has taken on which week, and book early as space is limited!
Some of our teachers are:
Susan Jessup, from the Wild Oat.
Joann Laverty, from the Red Apron.
Warren Sutherland, from The Sutherland restaurant

Cost: $100 per class, plus tax. Students will receive at least 6 jars of product/class, recipe booklet at each class, light snacks during demo (provided by Piggy Market Delicatessen)
